Blair is deeply committed to serving the Naples community, driven by a passion for helping others discover the same joy he has found in Southwest Florida with his wife and children. Captivated by Naples’ stunning beaches and exceptional quality of life, he relocated from Central Georgia in 2010. With a background in the automotive industry, he brought extensive experience in sales, marketing, and relationship-building. His talent and dedication quickly propelled him to the role of Managing Partner at Fort Myers Infiniti, where he was one of just six dealers selected to serve on Infiniti of North America’s Marketing & Advertising Subcommittee.
In 2017, Blair found his true calling in real estate. Committed to an honest, client-focused approach, he rapidly built a reputation for excellence. His dedication to guiding clients through every step of the process—always going the extra mile—has set him apart in the industry. A proud father of two boys and a devoted husband, Jonathan Guevara cherishes family time and the outdoor lifestyle that Southwest Florida offers. Whether boating on the water, exploring new hiking trails, or simply enjoying the sunshine, he embraces every opportunity to make lasting memories with his loved ones. His passion for travel has taken him to over 10 countries, giving him a worldly perspective and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jonathan spent over 17 years managing elite country clubs, where he led teams of 100+ employees and provided top-tier service to distinguished clientele. This experience ingrained in him a relentless commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of customer satisfaction—qualities that now define his approach to real estate.
As a native Floridian, Jonathan understands the unmatched benefits of living in the Sunshine State, from its incredible weather to its rich culture and vibrant communities.
