Blair White is a licensed REALTOR® with John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist who also has been chosen to serve on the President's Advisory Council of John R. Wood Properties for 2023 due to his wealth of knowledge and success. Blair White is dedicated to serving the community of Naples with an impeccable drive and passion for helping people find the joy he has found in Naples, Florida, with his wife and children.

Enamored by the beautiful beaches and quality of life offered by Southwest Florida, Blair relocated from Central Georgia to Naples in 2010. Working in the automotive industry, Blair arrived in Naples with a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and connecting with individuals.

During his time in the industry, Blair quickly became managing partner of Fort Myers Infiniti in Fort Myers, Florida. During his tenure, he was one of six dealers chosen to sit on the subcommittee for marketing and advertising on behalf of Infiniti of North America.

In 2017, Blair found his calling in real estate. Focused on an honest business model above anything else, he quickly rose to undeniable success. As an earnest professional, Blair consistently guides his clients through each step of the process while going the extra mile to facilitate the smoothest transaction possible. Blair's continuous success and honorable character led his colleagues to formally recognize him with the Above & Beyond Award in 2021. In addition, Blair served on the Tech Advisory Council for 2021 through 2022 and earned appointment to the President's Advisory Council of John R. Wood Properties Christie's International Real Estate for both 2023 and 2024. With over $35 million in sales and countless clients turned friends in 2023, Blair is confident he is where he is meant to be.

Chad Phipps was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. He attended Ohio State University and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education/Business. After college, he lived and worked in Chicago before moving to Naples, FL in 2001.

Chad began his real estate career in on-site sales from 2003 to 2009, gaining valuable experience and knowledge within gated golf course communities. He joined John R. Wood Properties in the Fall of 2009 and has been able to represent buyers and sellers from Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, FL markets. Chad has ample understanding and expertise of more than 125 communities throughout Lee and Collier county.

He founded the Young Professionals of Naples in 2003, serving as past president and  membership chair. He sat on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Economic Development Council in 2011 as well as the Board of Directors for The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier Foundation. Chad is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoys weight training, exercise, and family.

Addison Lott was born and raised in San Diego, California. There he attended Palomar College earning an Associate Degree in Arts and Humanities. Shortly thereafter, Addison moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in Non-Profit Workforce Development. Simultaneously, Addison began working in the Food and Beverage Event Sales Industry, where he developed a deep understanding of Sales, Networking, and Hospitality. There he was able to design and produce multiple food and beverage programs for various restaurants.

Addison arrived in Naples in 2022 seeking a life where he could spend more time with Family and enjoy the endless natural beauty and refuge that Naples has to offer. After working in Healthcare Administration for 2 years, Addison found that he had missed the passion and drive a Sales based job had provided him, and in 2024 found that passion and drive reignited by the Real Estate Industry.

Today Addison serves as the Team Manager for the White & Phipps Team, where he strives to provide the same peacefully experience he had moving here himself.
